RNW did this a few years back - the feature programming (such as it
is) remains, but no live newscasts embedded in the editions as they're
aired around the world.

So you make the feature program (e.g. "The Link") once each day and that's it...

And if Sackville goes, so does the Northern Quebec SW service.
