[Swprograms] Radio Bulgaria - now a full hour on the Internet

When Radio Bulgaria was on shortwave, they never had their full
hour-long program available online - each day's online version
typically ran 37 minutes or thereabouts, as news and current affairs
were not included.

Now, on "...the second day of [their] solely Internet presence..."
(their term), the full 60 minutes are now provided.
