[Swprograms] New issue of PD Magazine devoted to international broadcasting

It isn't too often International Broadcasting gets as much high
profile publicity as this.  Several names should be familiar to SWL
Fest participants:  Kim Elliott and Alan Heil have both joined us at
the Fest over the years.
