[Swprograms] Fwd: New BBC World Service schedule posted at PRI website

I posted the note below at the "Internet Radio" discussion group but
didn't specifically send it here to the swprograms group because
there's no direct SW connection.

My thinking is that it makes sense to post content like this
exclusively at the Internet Radio group to avoid multiple posting and
to keep the focus of these groups somewhat distinct.
