[Swprograms] Keith Perron's "Media Network" debuts on WRMI

Per Keith's Facebook post...this was at 0100 UTC.  Not sure of the
schedule beyond that.

Keith is keen to find out if folks actually listen to the program on
SW -- he says he hasn't received much feedback from his "Happy
Station" programming when it has aired on SW.
