[Swprograms] FIFA World Cup matches on shortwave in English after all...details pending...

Thanks to a link in Radio Netherlands' "Media Network" newsletter and
blog, it appears the BBC World Service *will* be airing World Cup
matches involving African countries.

While the PR itself mentions FM partner stations, I do have
confirmation from a BBC source this will include shortwave.
Frequencies and details haven't yet been worked out.

As I hear more I'll pass it on.
