The BBC's Radio 4 has a treat over the next eight days that may
interest folks here.
Justin Webb, the BBC's North America editor, will be introducing eight
seasonally themed Letters from America penned by Alistair Cooke during
Decembers and Januarys over his five-decade career.
The first of the eight aired yesterday and will be available on-demand
for another six days; these are scheduled to air daily at 1815 local
time -- which corresponds to GMT this time of year.
