An item in Kim Elliott's blog mentioned that Deutsche Welle will be
making its content available on the Public Radio Exchange website
(http://www.prx.org) as of April. See the original Radio World

Good news there is that PRX archives submitted material, so that
material might be available for longer than one week.
While the Public Radio Exchange is designed for public radio stations
to download and license programs for airing on the radio, individuals
can create IDs for free and can then stream programming online.
