[Swprograms] BBC News website now shows advertising

Not sure which day this started but a new banner now appears along the
right side of the BBC News website: http://news.bbc.co.uk
So far the Radio 4 website, nor the main bbc.co.uk website appear to
be similarly afflicted.
So far the only thing I've seen there is a "notice anything different"
animated ad from the BBC, which - if clicked - leads to a site that
talks about the new advertising and has a FAQ available.
It does not appear (thankfully) that any sort of fees apply to
accessing Radio 4 content.
Also, the BBC Radio Player has been altered -- one outcome is that the
domestic services are now streamed at 64kbps. World Service has been
upgraded slightly to 21kbps.
Hope everyone had a nice Christmas holiday -
Rich Cuff
