[Swprograms] Has XM gone over to the PRI / Sirius (mostly news) BBC mix?

I participate in a BBCWS-sponsored online discussion board that delves
into a variety of topics regarding the world service.

There was a post and a series of replies made this month suggesting
the XM BBC stream is now the news-heavy stream vs. the regular
Americas stream.

Anyone who has both services know if this is true?
