[Swprograms] HD radio audio delay problems...

As if HD radio already wasn't facing an uphill battle, out comes this
test conducted by a radio enthusiast out of the LA area that shows
noticeable delays in HD signal reception vs. the underlying analog
reception.

Stations that broadcast in HD are supposed to inject an analog delay
to allow the receiver to switch between the analog and digital signals
with no audio hiccups.

Apparently this isn't often the case, as shown in the article below.
