Someone played that audio clip at the SWL Fest a year or two
ago...great to hear it again!

Although one wonders...48 minutes of every hour have nothing but ticks
for 7.5 seconds... and 8 of those minutes have 52.5 seconds of "just
ticks."

That's 13 minutes of each hour, all together, that could be filled
with advertising.

Perhaps the US Government could take the proceeds from that ad revenue
and hire a reporter or two for the VOA.
