Oops, I had the old BBC frequency stuck in my head.  Correct my
message to read 5950 khz for RTI in North America.  The 0200
hour for RTI is also apparently on 9680 khz, although I don't
try to receive that one, prefering to leave my analog receiver
where it is on 5950.
