My views seem very catholic today.  :-))  I also agree with Sandy that 
it is regrettable that CBC domestic content has been dropped on RCI.  
However, like other broadcasters, something is taken and something is 
given.  Yes, it does cost a subscription to Sirius satellite service, 
but CBC Radio 1 is available throughout the continent 24/7--more than 
it ever was on shortwave.  And then there is the internet, along with 
podcasting.

The newer delivery methods are certainly scrambling the access picture 
for listeners.
