Hi Richard, I don't recall 15345, but do recall 15430 running from 1100
until 0100 UTC, often including live sports.  6030 also made it to the UK
during the early morning UTC hours, although it sometimes had to face
co-channel competition from the German station.  In those days, back in the
80's, AFN Europe carried more or less all the sports from AFRTS.

I think it was Mike Terry who posted an item to one of the lists we share
membership of, probably DXLD, which detailed the end of all sports on AFN
worldwide following surveys of what the troops wanted to hear.  It seems
your GIs much prefer to watch their sports on TV.
