[Swprograms] Update frequencies schedule of RNZI

Hello Dxers,

On July 3, 2006 R. New Zealand International have issued another SW  frequencies
schedule in

HTML format. Please note we no longer use 9885 kHz 655 - 1059 0 degrees,
replaced by 7145

kHz 659 - 1059 UTC  and 9870 kHz 1100 - 1259 UTC.Free download at the following
