[Swprograms] BBCWS new podcasts to begin Monday 3/20?

I was reading a "letter from the editors" from the BBC "World Today"
program on the website -- they mention that their "World Today Select"
15-minute daily podcast will begin Monday, March 20th.

It's possible that's the launch date for the expanded podcast
offerings that were announced by the BBC back in early February.
