Thanks for the url as it was an interesting read. What one has to think is
that if one where willing to shell out $200 for a subscription for either
system, it is obvious they are not satisfied with "free radio". Anyone
tuning the medium wave dial at night knows that there are so many repeats of
the same program, it gets to be a bit of a joke. Everything is syndicated.
There are so very few late night live talks generated by local stations.
Boston has one and I think NYC has a couple but short of that, very few.
Radio stations no longer serve the public as they once did. The bottom line
now is bucks. No surprise really.
