No, they aren`t. Per my monitoring, e.g., at 2300 13680 has changed to 11970;
at 1300, 15260 changed to 15230, as I have reported recently in DXLD. And the
1400 on 15220 changed from English to Chinese near the begininng of A05. Dan
apparently leaves the old schedules in until he gets new ones, without
