If you are a fan of history, you might enjoy a new series from the
domestic Radio 4 service, called "This Sceptred Isle: EMPIRE".
The series is a 90-part series on the history of the British Empire;
it airs for 15 minutes each episode, with episodes weekdays at 1545
BST (1445 UTC).
The series appears to be available on-demand; the first two episodes
are currently available at the special website for the series,
