Re: [Swprograms] More on Sirius in Canada



I expect a corporation or industry granted--in effect--more rights  
than a private, voting citizen to behave as a good corporate  
citizen.  I don't expect it to complain or expect special  
consideration in the future every time someone asks it to do  
something in the public interest.  The CRTC and the Canadian  
government seem to expect this and, more often than not, they seem to  
get it.
