Good news: the best and most reliable BBC frequency here in Florida (and 
perhaps the southeast) has been 15.390.  Bad news: it signs on at 5:00 PM 
EDT and signs off promptly at 6:00 PM EDT.

It is a clear reminder of how strong a signal the BBC is capable of 
providing to this area of the world, if it only wanted to.
