To pick nits: While located in St. John's, CKZU carries some programming from 
Labrador, which sits in the Atlantic time zone.
(Yes, it is an egregious error when CBC announcers declare that a program will 
air "30 minutes later in Newfoundland and Labrador," or something to that effect.)
