[Swprograms] I guess RCI still likes the BBC

I just finished listening to RCI's Sci Tech Files which ended at 
1559UTC; interestingly, right after RCI signed off...there was the BBC 
WS with the music bridge just before the news for 3 or 4 seconds. Did 
RCI forget that the BBC wants nothing to do with North America? Or are 
they listening to thesatellite feed up in Sackville yet?
