Some members of swprograms have recommended that Sirius have expressed the opinion that Sirius has the  best selection of programs for those who are interested in international programming.  While this press release does not address the availability of international programming on Sirius, it does point out that Sirius has some other programming sources that might be of interest to SWL's.  (Of course the fact, that Sirius has a very expensive  contract with Howard Stern, must be considered irrelevant to the assessment of overall quality of Sirius programming.)
