[Swprograms] More on BBC Shortwave Cuts

Heard an announcement just before 12:00 UTC 18 March indicating that SW
transmissions to Europe would be reduced to blocks in the morning and
evening.  Mind you, they are not much more than that now.  Reference was
given to alternative ways of listening, including the Hotbird Satellite,
cable and FM in some areas etc, however no mention of MW, currently 24/7 on
648 kHz.  I guess time alone will tell whether there are any cuts in that
service.  After all, you can't increase a service which is already 24/7.

As to the comments about programming, this is about the time when the April
edition of On Air magazine, including the Braille edition, would have
appeared in previous years.  However, ....
