[Swprograms] Re: Sirius / XM merger is being contemplated



My first reaction is that this is unlikely because of those aforementioned antitrust concerns.  Then again, there have been exceedingly few economic mergers lately that have provoked the government to act on such concerns.

Then there's the political power of the NAB...
