[Swprograms] Re: Radio Netherlands Magic??

Everyone here might enjoy this week's "Research File" (available
on-demand) -- it covered issues relating to the Tsunami, with Victor
Goonetilleke being interviewed regarding how shortwave amateurs provided
much of the first-response disaster communications support, and Andy Sennitt
and Victor G discussing how Broadband over Power Line could interfere with
emergency amateur communications such as these.

Good to hear both Victor and Andy on the program!
