Nitpick: That's January 10 *Beijing* time, not the January 10th by UTC.  
The 2330 UTC broadcast (which is 1830 ET in the evening here in New York) 
has the same second half-hour as the 1300 UTC broadcast the next day 
(which is 0800 UTC in the morning here).
