Public Diplomacy Review

Lord Carter of Coles is conducting an Independent Review of Public Diplomacy
carried out on behalf of the UK.

It will look at how a range of partners, including the UK's network of
overseas Posts, the British Council and the BBC World Service, build esteem
for the UK overseas. This review will consider the key issues for Public
Diplomacy in the light of technological, cultural and political changes.
