Re: [Swprograms] Auroral reports



In response to the e-mails on this list, I just went out to see the aurora. I'm going to school in the middle of the city of Detroit, and I was surprised to see that the aurora is bright enough tonight to be seen clearly in the middle of all this light pollution. It is the first time I have ever seen an aurora. I wish I could be out in the country right now, it is probably brilliant out there.

First time I've seen northern lights.
I left work at 1 a.m. and they were clearly visible as I was walking home. (I hadn't checked my e-mail, so I wasn't expecting anything.) I just spend 30 minutes outside snapping photos...
I wonder what radio listening's like right now...
