Rich, after reading the article I want to sign up for BPL. :-)
I know a ham that monitored the trial in Emmaus. He said the
interference seemed to increase with the demand loading. It would be
nosier during lunch hour and then again right before dinner. The
equipment seemed to be located near the high school. Said he didn't
have any trouble finding the problem areas.
