How about the US jam most but *not all* CRI frequencies, strictly in reprisal
for what they do to RFA, VOA, etc. But leave one or two open so this is not
censorship, and Americans may still listen to CRI freely if they really want
to. This would surely serve China right, and cause them to waste their watts
like we are in trying to broadcast into China on SW. It would also be a wake-up
call to Cuba (!) and even Canada for coöperating in this way with the ChiComs
