[Swprograms] More SW for Radio Six International

While listening to the webcast of Radio Six International today, I overheard the 
announcer say that the station will soon extend its broadcast hours on 5105 kHz 
(WBCQ) to two hours a day (7 to 9 p.m. ET). I didn't catch anything about when
