That ignorance is insured and reinforced by the Smith Mundt Act. His
knowledge as displayed here confirms (at least to me) that overall
high level management of US international broadcasting is in the hands
of idiots, ne'er do wells and know nothings.
I guess we who truly appreciate and treasure shortwave and
international broadcasting really have our work cut out for us.
