BBC Radio 4's "Crossing Continents" is back on the air following its
seasonal hiatus.
It's a documentary program somewhat like "Assignment" -- and is available
live and on-demand.
When the program is "in season", weekly advance e-mails (like the one that
follows) are sent out; subscribe at the website link shown below.

On Crossing Continents tomorrow:
Rosie Goldsmith travels across Europe and finds very different ways of
treating the mentally ill.
In the Czech Republic psychiatric patients are routinely restrained in caged
beds despite international condemnation.
But in Greece, 25 years after a scandal that shocked the world, its
provision of care has changed dramatically.
BBC Radio 4's Crossing Continents, Crossing Europe will be broadcast on
Thursday, 8 July, 2004 at 1100 BST.
The programme will be also be repeated on Monday, 11 July, 2004 at 2030 BST.
You can also visit our website where you will find stories and links and you
can have your say on any of the issues our programmes raise.
Best wishes from the Crossing Continents team.
