I've had this record since it came out in 1967 and have played it on RNI and
WBCQ many times.

The first time I played it was back in the RNI on WWCR days.  I said it was
a rare pilot tape that Vasilli Stelnikov had made over a decade earlier for
the show he was then doing on RM.  It took the powers in control of the
station that long to approve it for broadcast.

The last time was about a month ago on my show.  I introduced a rather
boring "lite music" item and after about 15 seconds it got very noisey and I
brought up "Go Go Radio Moscow" over it.  As it ended I bought back the
droll item and without missing a beat in the straightest voice simply talked
out the original item without any acknowledgement of the Nikita the "K"
record.

I just downloaded an old parody of U.S. top 40 stations entitled "Go
Go Radio Moscow". It was in the Usenet newsgroup
"alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.dr_demento" which I believe is only about 2
years old and not on every usenet server.

If someone really needs it I can upload it to a website and you can
d/l it. (I'd rather not waste more bandwidth than is necessary. Note
that email and usenet both require doubling the size of the binary to
encode it as lines of text.)

I haven't any idea who, if anyone, owns the copyright.
