[Swprograms] Pirate radio stations in Israel interfere with operations @ airports

refers to small scale hobby pirates rather than say the big right-wing
religious settlers' pirate, Arutz 7

Sdeh Dov airport in Tel Aviv reopened to traffic at 2:25 Monday
afternoon after having been closed down for nearly an hour due to
pirate radio station broadcasts interfering with aircraft
communications. 

At last report, 12 planes were lined up for take-off and landing till
9 PM. 

Pirate radio station broadcasts are also reported to be interfering
with aircraft communications at Ben Gurion Airport. 

Airlines' schedules are expected to be disrupted until authorities
deal with the problem. 

An airport spokesperson said the interference was compelling wider
safety margins in spacing out airplanes taking off and landing,
causing the resulting delays.
