Nice job, Joe.  It must be gratifying to know that your hard work found resonance in the NTIA and has been quoted in their comments to the FCC.  It is great to see NASWA as a player in such an important matter.  Hopefully there will be more issues about which NASWA decides the its collective voice should be heard.  (Hint: VOA?)
