Here in the Catskill Mountains of New York, 9700 kHz provides excellent 
reception at 2300 UTC, and less good reception at 0200 UTC (due to 
interference).  11700 kHz provides somewhat poorer reception than 9700 kHz 
at both times.

Radio Bulgaria has a fair number of music programs, something that I know is 
of interest to many of you on this list.
