[Swprograms] Now I'm getting digests!

Wow, Richard C. or someone broke the dam.  I got
just a little while ago a huge digest (issue #3)
of over a 1MByte in size, plus two more smaller
ones.  Richard said they were having mailing problems.
It would appear they are fixed and I can now change
the address in my addressbook for this list.
