I also sent an email announcing the exam session on 1/16 & 2/23 using 
Risto's mailing lists. It was also mentioned in Skip's MT column, on KYW 
radio as well as the ARRL web site.

Tom, I'm open to any suggestions. I think we may have reached market 
saturation with the 2004 Fest. Nine people tested, 4 passed at least one 
element. The two that took the exam at Fest 2005 were retests from 2004.
