[IRCA] S. AZ TPs, Friday 9/2

I listen every morning, hoping for TPs, and usually get 774 Japan and 
1566 HLAZ with some audio but both have been poor lately. Wasn't 
expecting much this morning due to the solar activity but instead 
conditions were best of past 5 days or so, at least for total TPs heard 
with audio. Many hets over the whole band to 1701 kHz. 1611 is about my 
only channel without domestic splatter, so do better getting audio from 
that when conditions favor it like this morning.
