[IRCA] TP 27 Aug Victoria version
For late August, it wasn't a morning for which to leap out of
bed....usual suspects without much enthusiasm.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
no enthusiasm here
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
or here
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
738 pop music 1223UT
774 JOUB 1058UT man in Japanese, gone by hour
1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1240UT (also man talking 1101UT, presumably
the Chinese program)
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
567 man and woman talking, DU English inflection 1307UT
612 //774 4QR/3LO pop music 1259 followed by bits of the ABC news fanfare
1053 Korean jammer 1213, 1245UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
594 702 828 891 954 1098 1242 1287
best wishes,
Nick
