[IRCA] TP 4 Aug Victoria version
Things are slowly getting more interesting
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ choral music peaking 1235UT after Japanese language program
s/on at 1230UT; also had some signs of life with choral music during
Chinese program at 1209UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
756 R. NZ National man and woman in DU English, seemed // with the
mumbling on 675
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
603 quiet music 1157UT
702 pop music 1239UT
738 pop music 1116, 1137UT
774 3LO; Murphy took a break, faded up to 6 pips, ABC fanfare and man
talking 1300UT
1548 woman talking in splash 1233UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
531 567 612 882 891 1098 1386
best wishes,
Nick
