[IRCA] A few notes

Hi All:
We didn't notice much unusual on our recent trip west. Everybody Barry's list says is on seems to be on and those listd as off were off. Particularly, the 1490, Jackson, Wyoming, was completely silent. The 1450 Jackson was on, but may as well not have been because the audio feed was breaking up so bad it was impossible to listen to. The 1340 Jackson squeezes in only a quick "KSGT" ID at TOH. Otherwise they are completely // KID.
