[IRCA] TP 28 May Victoria version

Sounded like an Aussie morning, mostly carriers, some close to audio, and almost all a little unusual. 1296 was actually 1295.987kHz, nothing close on the offsets list.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

1116 4BC assumed, man in DU English, briefly at this level 1151UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

1008 man talking rapidly 1148UT, horse racing??

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

738 1035 1161 1296 1314(SAH) 1332 1476 1503(SAH) 1548

best wishes,

Nick
