While waiting for a left-turn signal at Cleveland and Garriott, Enid, at about 0100 UTC on 7/13/15, I discovered a strong signal of music on 1520 kHz. It finally identified as KYND. There was only minimal QRM from KOKC until 0115 when KYND's signal dropped out.
