<<<ÂÂBecause of the increased geomagnetic activity last evening, I didn't expect to hear any signals from Asia this morning. ÂHowever, there was a good carrier signal on 702 kHz (approximately 245Â) at 1151 GMT, fading away by 1209 (LSR 1205). ÂI suspect it was from 2BL, Sydney NSW.
Receiver: Tecsun PL-606 with 8-inch FSL.

Richard,
Â
If you continue to keep a close watch on 702 and 738 you may have a chance for some DU audio this spring. Your 8" FSL antenna provides a lot of inductive coupling gain, and the Australian stations were pretty strong on the ocean coast last Sunday.
