[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 3/31/16

Only one Asian station was heard on 3/31/16 (LSR @ 1217 GMT) using a PL-606 receiver and 8-inch FSL.

1144-1152 JOUB 774 poor to fair strength at 1144 with moderate lightning static, improving to fair at 1146, peaking at good strength at 1150.  Signal was audible on barefoot PL-606 at 1150.

1200-1202 JOUB poor with man and woman talking.  Moderate static and slight QRM from local daytimer KSPI 780 (s/on 1200).
